To reduce the risk of getting H1N1 or swine flu, I have been taking bus bus to avoid the crowded trains. Besides, I find taking the bus is usually warmer now that winter is almost here.

I was really afraid that it would break! At the end, I decided to send it back to the shop, while I could.

 
Since the heater fan was really a good idea, I did not intend to give up on it, and decided to invest in something better. Surprise, surprise.. Now that the weather is that that cold yet, I just need to turn it on for about 5 minutes every morning when I wake up and change and another 5 minutes when I get home so that it is all warm and toasty when I change. Because it is portable, and I literally "POINT n BLOW" to warm up a section.

Now I have about 15 painful points, at least. My forearms are bruised, after I tried to massage myself. The bruising seems to be part of my fibro.If I dun massage, I feel that my muscles are tight and tender.
